Are you drupaller? Do you want to upgrade to Drupal 6.0? Can you write PHP? If your 3 answers were yes, please leave a comment here! My answers are all yes too but I can't do it right now. There are several modules needed to be ported first. Unfortunately, I have no time to port them all myself. However, my modules and your modules may have some common in general. Why don't we help each others to port all necessary modules in a fix timeframe, e.g., a day or two. No need to meet up! It should be The virtual Army of Drupal Developer.

Let's start from listing all modules we need.

  1. AdSense - installed but not active
  2. Atom
  3. CAPTCHA
  4. Comment RSS
  5. Feedburner
  6. GeSHi Filter
  7. Google Analytics
  8. Google Custom Search Engine
  9. HTML corrector - built-in
  10. Markdown with SmartyPants
  11. Pathauto
  12. Tagadelic
  13. Theme Settings API
  14. Token
  15. Update Status - built-in
  16. XML Sitemap

The way to work together is to volunteer and propose porting at contributed module status wiki. This is the right time to contribute your effort! If you really want to participate in Google Summer of Code, now it is your time to learn more about Drupal and jump in earlier than others. Be a part of community when they need you. Drupal needs you so bad!
